When we describe our services as Turnkey, it relates to our ability to take a project from conceptthrough to design and manufacturing, and on to delivery and installation. Our technical services are a critical link in this approach which is why we’ve taken time to develop effective and sophisticated systems to manage our logistics process, ensuring we get products to our installation crews on-time and at competitive rates.

Our Logistics Team.

On all of our projects, logistics services are handled by a designated assistant project manager who is responsible for all shipments and freight, from the first control and material samples all the way through to the final deliveries of bulk product. Our team has built up relationships with the logistics teams at our suppliers and factories, along with several freight service suppliers, so we can get the best possible rates and service to pass on to our clients

Our Logistics Approach.

We are firm believers in practice makes perfect and over the years we have established standard documentation and processes that enable efficient and effective logistics services. From standardised shipping documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices that are 100% customs compliant, through to more innovative practices like standard project-based box labels that include all ID codes and pictures of the items, we put ourselves in the receiver’s position and ensure our shipments are properly coordinated and well organised.
