Our team can manage and execute all types of FF&E and lighting projects from smaller individual F&B units to entire hotels, and we pride ourselves in doing it right the first time, every time. We have large scale teams capable of installing full FF&E packages throughout an entire resort, as well as smaller technical teams who can install complex feature light fixtures.

All of our site teams have a dedicated project manager who liaises directly with the client and contractor, and a team of suitably skilled installers to ensure the project is handled correctly. Our team are professionally presented in branded site uniform and are equipped with the right tools and equipment for the right job.

We use a suite of standard project management documents and schedules to ensure we can efficiently show progress and key date deliverables to our clients. On all our projects we apply efficient planning from pre-site inspections and meetings, through to arranging warehousing and site holding areas to manage phased deliveries.

During the installation process we ensure all site related permits are achieved and that our teams conform to the project’s health and safety codes so we can go about our work in an organized and efficient way. Once installation is complete, we ensure all snagging is managed with the client’s ID and contracting teams before final handing over.
