FF&E Procurement

We ensure a cohesive flow from design to delivery, by working with designers early in the process to ensure the specifications are in-line with the project budget and operator brand standards, as well as developing smooth purchasing processes to eradicate procurement bottle necks and program issues. Over time we have developed an effective system that we apply to all FF&E projects and this can be seen below in our ‘Procurement Journey’.

Our understanding of the complexities of each project has been gained through vast industry experience and we see the Truelux Group as your project’s Quarterback. As part of our role, we have direct relationships with all the key members of any project team from the client to the designer, operator, main contractor, consultants, and sub-contractors and we appreciate the different needs and requirements of all of these parties. We know that for designers, it’s essential to maintain their design intent, even when the budgets are tight and tested; or the operator we need to push for all brand standards to be adhered to; and for the contractor the program is always key.
