As part of Bjorn Frantzen’s offering FZN is an ultra fine dining restaurant concept. The experience takes guests through a secret door and on a journey first upstairs. A unique chandelier feature by Truelux first greets guests. A long a corridor which is subtly illuminated highlights the culinary displays either side, before guests arrive at the ‘living room’. Following canapés guests move on to the dining room where lighting plays a big role in creating an intimate experience. High CRI and perfect optics illuminate the amazing cuisine which awaits.
