Marsa Plaza

Marsa Plaza was a challenging yet rewarding project for our FF&E team as it involved the conversion of existing residential units into 5* quality serviced apartments. Due to the fast tracked nature of the project we worked closely with the client and designer to source short lead-time products that maintained the approved design and budget but ensured on-time handover. Through this approach we managed to create slight differences within the different apartment types that give the project a more eclectic feel and we were delighted with the results. Some of our project highlights include the Art Deco style living room lighting and the custom artwork pieces created for each apartment.
